I FINALLY got the picture loaded! yay!

Mira stood beneath the rock overhang staring out into the distance, watching as the light filtered down from just above the mountain. The light seemed tangible, the heat unbearable. A short distance from where she stood, the first signs of the nearby forest were visible. The ivy crept across the stony floor, seeking crevices and cracks in which to hide from the heat and hunt for food. Small rodents appeared and disappeared from time to time amongst the slightly further bushes. Inside the actual forest itself, however, was a mystery; the foliage was too thick to see further than a few centimetres inside.
Mira turned around to move back into the massive shaded cave. A solitary oak tree stood in the middle of the cave, with a pond of clear water at its roots, the water beckoning to Mira to enter and cool off. She resisted the temptation, and instead climbed to the top branch of the oak, perching a sturdy branch and closing her eyes. She wondered how the other students were faring in this harsh wilderness, but realised that she wouldn't know until the test was completed.
From her perched position in the tree, Mira could see the entire surrounding cave area, and she was beginning to realise that she wasn't the only creature that had found this haven from the climate. A small herd of deer-like creatures were gathered around a particularly green patch of grass on the east side of the cave, and in the air above them, a multitude of colourful birds of all sizes tweeted and chattered happily. Goldfish swam around in circles in the pond beneath her, reflecting what little light was availible all around themselves.
Mira took out a small piece of paper and a pencil from her pocket, and wrote a quick note. She placed the paper on the upturned palm of her right hand, and with her left hand gestured an incantation. The paper flew out of the cave entrance, up into the air and away out of sight.
“Sentry 7 in position.”

He stood out the window waiting for something. He didn't know what it would be but once it happened he would know it
